The Making of a Jewelry & Cufflinks
At OROSILBER, all products are hand-made,
which is the reason for its high quality. We would like to introduce you
into the world of OROSILBER craftsmanship step by step.
- Our designer creates design by hand.
- The design is taken to the design and graphic department (Digital
image studio) to become a 3Ddesign image.
- The computerized design is taken to the craftsmen to do the original
model in wax, silver or brass according to requirements.
- A silicon or rubber mould is made from the original model.
- The Die-casting department is the next step; our products are
manufactured by lost wax Process.
- Finally we have the semi finished jewel that will go through the
Jewelry workshop, Stone setting department or/and epoxy and enamel
processing and sand blasting or and polishing department.

Business Terms
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Value for Normal Production Orders
- MOQ for Gold Cufflinks must be 12 Pairs each Design each
stone / enamel color and minimum order value must be US$5000.00
- MOQ for Sterling Silver Cufflinks must be 50 Pairs each
design each color of stone / enamel and minimum order value must be
US$5000.00
- MOQ for Brass/Steel/Titanium Cufflinks must be 100 Pairs each
design each color of stone/enamel and minimum order value must be
US$5000.00
- MOQ for Tuxedo Studs must be 100 Sets each design, each color
of stone / enamel and minimum order value must be US$5000.00
- MOQ for Tie Clips must be 100 Nos. each design each color of
stone/enamel and minimum order value must be US$5000.00
- MOQ for Silk Knot Cufflinks must be 1000 Pairs each design
each color of stone/enamel and minimum order value must be US$5000.00
- MOQ for Collar Stiffeners (Collar Stay) must be 50 Dozen each
design size and minimum order value must be US$5000.00
We accept
small assorted design orders for immediate delivery
/ immediate shipment from our Ready Stock. We regularly make and keep ready
50 to 100 Pairs/Nos./Set of Best Selling products. The minimum value of such
an order must be US$ 5000.00 FOB New Delhi, But if order value is less the
US$5000.00 then we will charge US$150.00 as handling charges.
Delivery Schedules
6 to 8 weeks for normal orders.
3 Working Days for items ordered from our Stock.

By Air / Ocean Freight / by FedEx, DHL or UPS Courier / Others.
Shipping Inspection
Inspection by an independent agency recognized as per International norms
can also be arranged. For example : SGS Certificate, etc.

Payment terms for normal Orders:-
40 % Advance Payment required with confirmed order and Balance 60% before
Shipment.
Payment terms for Orders from Stock:-
100% Advance Payment required by T/T (Wire Transfer) before Shipment.
Packing & Packaging
All products are carefully packed and shipped in export worthy packaging.
Certificate of Origin
GSP Certificate of Origin (Form A) from India can be provided, if required.
Replacement / Repair Policy
In case of an accident or an unfortunate incidence of goods having been
damaged in transit, we shall look into the aspects involved and would
require the originals to be sent back to us for examination. The goods may
be repaired / replaced or we may issue of credit note, as decided by the
management depending upon the merits of each individual case.
